Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean stewing beef
- 3 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 small can mushrooms
- freshly ground pepper
- smidgen of garlic and seasoned salt
Method
- Place in a casserole in the order given.
- Cover tightly and bake about 3 hours at 350°.
- Serves 4 to 6.
- Serve over noodles or potatoes.
