Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15.25 oz) Fiesta Corn with red and green peppers
- 1/2 c salsa
- 6 oz tortilla chips
- 2 c shredded cheddar
Method
- Brown meat in skillet, drain, stir in corn and salsa. Arrange chips in a large shallow pan. Spoon mixture over chips, and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with sliced greed onions, tomatoes, salsa, and sour cream.
