Ingredients

  • 2 stick salted butter
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp parsley, drierd
  • 1/4 tsp thyme, dried

Method

  • allow butter get soft at room temperature.
  • cream the butter with a mixer.
  • add all the spices and lemon juice.
  • mix well with the butter.
  • put cling wrap over a piece of aluminum foil.
  • put butter on the cling wrap.
  • make a cylinder out of the butter.
  • wrap in cling wrap and aluminum foil.
  • wrap like a jolly rancher candy.
  • this can be put in the freezer until you are ready to use.

  • even if using immediately put in freezer for 30 minutes to allow to firm up.
