Ingredients
- 4 lb. potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. cooked hamburg
- 4 c. cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, corn or mixed)
- 2 c. gravy (canned or bottled may be used)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Prepare the potatoes (mashed).
- Stir in parsley flakes; set aside.
- In an ungreased 10 x 13-inch glass pan, stir remaining ingredients.
- Mound potatoes on meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly.
