Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.
- Pour ground beef into casserole dish.
- Cover with soup.
- Spread corn over the soup and sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
- Brown potatoes on broil if desired.
