Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) can or jar mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut up
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 can golden mushroom soup (not cream of mushroom)
Method
- Saute mushrooms in butter until slightly browned.
- Add cut-up chicken and saute until white (about 3 minutes).
- Add garlic salt and soup.
- Stir in 1/2 can of water.
- Simmer about 2 minutes. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or baked potato.
