Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 4 cloves mushrooms, drained and cut into small pieces
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Megona
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. basil
Method
- Brown onions, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
- Add diced and crushed tomatoes.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
