- 1 14 cups tomato paste (good with either or mixture of both) or 1 14 cups catsup (good with either or mixture of both)
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 14 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 13 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce (Recipe # 214026 Jump Up and Smack Your Mom) or 2 dashes hot sauce (Jump up and Smack Your Mom Hot Sauce Jump Up and Smack Your Mom)
- 14 cup vinegar
- 18 cup basil vinegar (I prefer the basil) or 18 cup balsamic vinegar (I prefer the basil)
- 1 garlic clove
Method
- Place all ingredients in sauce pan except the onion and garlic.
- Put onion and garlic in a blender and liquefy.
- Mix with the other ingredients in the sauce pan.
- Heat until boiling over low heat, let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Good on all meats.
