Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- dash of pepper
Method
- Blend soup, milk and dash of pepper.
- In a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mixture and cheese.
- Dot top with butter.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Uncover.
- Bake 15 minutes more or until done.
