Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 tsp. light syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine the egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup in the top of double boiler.
- Place over boiling water and continue beating 7 minutes or until frosting thickens and holds its shape. Remove the pan from boiling water and continue beating until thick. Frosts 24 cupcakes or 2 large 9-inch cakes.
