Ingredients

  • 1 Head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped green pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (oz.) pkg. Frozen peas
  • 2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 oz. Shredded cheese, shredded
  • 2-4 Slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled

Method

  • Layer lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion, carrot and peas in the order listed. In a 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread with the mayonnaise, sealing to the edges. Sprinkle with the sugar, cheese and bacon. Chill tightly covered for 8-10 hours.
