Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry or wine
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix well.
- Store
- in
- refrigerator
- until ready to use. Cover meat with sauce for several hours or overnight.
