Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 package hash browns
- 1 package corned beef, cut in thin strips
- Rye bread
- Swiss cheese
- Thousand Island dressing
- Diced tomatoes
Method
- Place in shallow pan. Top with diced tomatoes, 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing and sliced Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with buttered rye bread.
