Ingredients

  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Boiled Ham, chopped
  • 2-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Cook tomatoes, onions, dressing and garlic in medium saucepan on medium heat 10 min.
  • or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat; set aside.
  • Bring milk to boil in medium heavy saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Gradually add cornmeal, stirring until well blended.
  • Cook and stir 5 min.
  • or until polenta pulls away from side of pan.
  • Spoon half of the polenta into buttered 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Top with layers of half each of the tomato sauce, ham and cheese.
  • Repeat layers, starting with the polenta.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min.
  • or until heated through.
  • Serve warm.
