Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Linguine Or Fettuccine Noodles
  • 2 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Carrot, Thinly Sliced
  • Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • Peanuts (optional)
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar

Method

  • Cook the noodles al dente according to the package instructions.Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
  • For the sauce, whisk together the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  • Add the sauce to the noodles and mix to combine.
  • Then add in the carrots and green onions and mix together.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and peanuts (optional) and serve at any temperature.
