Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Method
- Butter and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
- Mix cream cheese with a little milk.
- Gradually add rest of milk.
- Mix in pudding.
- Beat 2 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Alternate layers of pudding with crackers.
- End with crackers on top (3 layers of crackers, 2 of pudding total).
- Cover with chocolate frosting.
- Refrigerate overnight.
