Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Method

  • Butter and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
  • Mix cream cheese with a little milk.
  • Gradually add rest of milk.
  • Mix in pudding.
  • Beat 2 minutes.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Alternate layers of pudding with crackers.
  • End with crackers on top (3 layers of crackers, 2 of pudding total).
  • Cover with chocolate frosting.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
