Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 (3 oz.) lemon instant pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- chopped walnuts for topping
Method
- Mix flour, butter and walnuts.
- Pat into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 6 ounces of Cool Whip together and spread over cool crust.
- Mix the pudding with the milk and spread over the cheese layer.
- Top with Cool Whip and walnuts.
- Refrigerate between each step and when done.
