Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) lemon instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • chopped walnuts for topping

Method

  • Mix flour, butter and walnuts.
  • Pat into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 6 ounces of Cool Whip together and spread over cool crust.
  • Mix the pudding with the milk and spread over the cheese layer.
  • Top with Cool Whip and walnuts.
  • Refrigerate between each step and when done.
