Ingredients

  • 6 medium Russet baking potatoes (can use more or less as needed)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • garlic salt to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Method

  • Wash potatoes well (do not peel); halve and quarter potatoes to make wedges.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Separate potatoes on sheet, skin side down.
  • Melt margarine; pour over potatoes, making sure all are coated.
  • Sprinkle well with seasoned salt, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook in a 400° oven until potatoes are done.
