Ingredients
- 6 medium Russet baking potatoes (can use more or less as needed)
- 1 stick margarine
- garlic salt to taste
- seasoned salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Method
- Wash potatoes well (do not peel); halve and quarter potatoes to make wedges.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Separate potatoes on sheet, skin side down.
- Melt margarine; pour over potatoes, making sure all are coated.
- Sprinkle well with seasoned salt, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook in a 400° oven until potatoes are done.
