Ingredients

  • (main dish)oysters,shrimp, immatation crab, scallops, prawns, sole, snapper,(topping)cream cheese, spinache, lemon pepper, parmassean cheese.
  • french bread/bagette for dipping

Method

  • mix all raw seafood in a casserole dish. sprinkle with a little lemon pepper. mix soft cream cheese with 1 package of unthawed chopped spinache, 2tbsp parmessan, mix, spread over the seafood mixture, and then bake at 350degrees for 1/2 hour. serve with french bread and maybe even some ceaser salad.
