- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded imitation crab, well drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz. pimiento, diced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Method
- Cream the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
- Serve on crackers (party rye and etc.).
