Ingredients
- 6 c. popped popcorn
- 1 c. honey
- 1 stick butter (oil may be used)
- peanuts or other nuts
Method
- Melt honey and butter together in a saucepan; pour over popped corn in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss until corn is well coated.
- Add nuts and mix.
- Spread corn mixture on greased cookie sheets and bake in a 375° oven until browned.
- Stir corn mixture in oven if it begins to brown unevenly or burn.
