Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears, mashed
- 1 pkg. lime gelatin
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Drain pears.
- Heat 1 cup juice to boiling.
- Pour over gelatin to dissolve.
- Cool.
- Add cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream. Beat smooth.
- Add gelatin mixture; beat until partly thickened. Fold in mashed pears and whipped cream.
- Pour into mold and chill.
