Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 3/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until blended. Makes about 1/2 cup.
