Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix together very evenly with your hands.
- Smash evenly all the way to the edges of a jelly roll pan, pressing very firmly. Prick evenly close together with a fork.
- Sugar lightly; bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until tan, not brown.
- Immediately cut into bars after removing from oven.
- Allow to cool in pan.
