- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Melt butterscotch chips and butter in 3-quart saucepan, medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove and cool to lukewarm.
- Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add the marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts and mix 5 strokes.
- Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Don't overbake.
