Ingredients

  • 1 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Melt butterscotch chips and butter in 3-quart saucepan, medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove and cool to lukewarm.
  • Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts and mix 5 strokes.
  • Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Don't overbake.
