Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except potatoes.
- Mix and add to package of hash browns.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
