Ingredients
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Method
- Combine first three ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Slice potatoes and onions and place in casserole dish.
- Cover with shredded cheese.
- Pour soup mixture over top.
- Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Uncover the last 10 minutes.
