Ingredients
- 2 lb. filo dough
- 3 lb. ground walnuts
- 1 lb. Land of Lakes unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. rosewater
- 3 c. clear Karo syrup (corn syrup)
- lemon juice and rosewater
Method
- Mix Karo syrup, a few drops of lemon juice and rosewater together and set aside.
- In another bowl, add ground nuts together with the sugar and rosewater.
- Mix together by hand and set aside.
