Ingredients
- 5 or 6 large potatoes, sliced
- 5 or 6 pork chops
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Layer sliced potatoes with pork chops in crock-pot.
- Pour over top the mushroom soup, celery soup and milk.
- Grate Cheddar cheese on top and cook on low for several hours, until potatoes are tender, about 5 to 6 hours.
- Velveeta cheese slices on top could also be used.
