Ingredients
- 1 qt. oysters with liquor
- 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
- cracker crumbs
- milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Put oysters in layers in baking dish, alternating with crumbs, bits of butter and salt and pepper to taste.
- When dish is full, add oyster liquor and milk to moisten. Cover with crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
- Serves six.
