Ingredients
- 6 c. chicken, cut not too fine (cut crosswise to avoid stringy loaf)
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, cut fine
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. celery, cut fine
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease 13 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan and sprinkle with some bread crumbs.
- Toast 12 slices of dry white bread until dry and golden brown.
- Roll with rolling pin to make crumbs.
