Ingredients
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix in a baking dish corn, muffin mix, oil, eggs and garlic salt.
- Cover with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
