Ingredients

  • 1 box penne pasta (16 oz.)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 carton sour cream (16 oz.)
  • garlic to taste (1 clove is good)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook pasta according to directions on box; don't overcook. Drain well.
  • Saute garlic which has been minced in margarine for a few minutes.
  • Add soup and the 1 can of milk and sour cream; mix well. Heat thoroughly.
  • Add the well drained cooked pasta.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Stir well; pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
