Ingredients
- 1 box penne pasta (16 oz.)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 carton sour cream (16 oz.)
- garlic to taste (1 clove is good)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook pasta according to directions on box; don't overcook. Drain well.
- Saute garlic which has been minced in margarine for a few minutes.
- Add soup and the 1 can of milk and sour cream; mix well. Heat thoroughly.
- Add the well drained cooked pasta.
- Salt and pepper.
- Stir well; pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
