Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted comes out clean.
