Ingredients
- 8 oz. soft cream cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) peach yogurt
- 4 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped peaches
- 1 c. unsweetened blueberries or raspberries
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
Method
- Combine cream cheese and yogurt.
- Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in Cool Whip, peaches, berries and almonds. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Cover; freeze 8 to 24 hours or until firm.
- To serve, thaw slightly and cut into squares.
