Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can regular corn
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- salt
- grated cheese
Method
- Empty 2
- cans
- of
- corn into baking dish.
- Make a white sauce with flour, butter and milk.
- Add 2 beaten eggs.
- Add to corn
- and mix.
- Salt
- as
- desired,
- about
- 1/2
- teaspoon.
- If desired, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top of casserole. Bake at
- 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Place in dish of water to bake.
