Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1/4 lb. ham, chopped
- 1/4 lb. broccoli florets (tops without stems), chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Method
- Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on a cookie sheet or pizza pan with wide bottoms of triangles toward the center and points out.
- Overlap the crescent dough triangles and leave a hole in the center, so the dough forms a wreath.
- Mix remaining ingredients to make filling.
- Spread filling evenly over the inner part of the dough.
- Fold the points over the filling toward the center of the wreath.
- Pinch and seal.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
