Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 lb. ham, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. broccoli florets (tops without stems), chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

Method

  • Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on a cookie sheet or pizza pan with wide bottoms of triangles toward the center and points out.
  • Overlap the crescent dough triangles and leave a hole in the center, so the dough forms a wreath.
  • Mix remaining ingredients to make filling.
  • Spread filling evenly over the inner part of the dough.
  • Fold the points over the filling toward the center of the wreath.
  • Pinch and seal.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
