Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds), each cut into 6 wedges
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- . Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a roasting pan.
- . Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Gently stir potatoes, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
