Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs (whole)
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- parsley or dried parsley
Method
- Cut chicken into fairly large pieces.
- Starting with chicken, layer chicken, celery and bread crumbs in a buttered casserole. Beat eggs and add to the broth with salt and pour over the mixture.
- Use a fork to get broth through the mixture.
- Put a small amount of bread crumbs on top, parsley and butter (cut up in small pieces).
- Bake in 350°
- oven for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean
- when pushed into mixture.
