Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 c. fresh carrots, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
- 1 c. stuffing
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook carrots until tender and drain.
- Saute onion in butter. Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Melt the butter for stuffing and mix. Spread on top of carrot mixture.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly.
