Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ripe Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • 4 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Diced
  • 1/2 cups English Cucumber, Diced, Or Regular Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
  • 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • 1/2 whole Vidalia Onion, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Diced
  • 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 3 whole Limes - Juice From
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt (or To Taste)

Method

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add salt, taste, and add more if desired.
  • Serve immediately, or cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to one day.
  • Delightful served with salty tortilla chips or baked cinnamon sugar tortilla chips or won ton crisps.
