Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts
  • 2 c. egg noodles
  • 10 1/4 oz. can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain.
  • In greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, blend soup and milk together until smooth.
  • Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms.
  • Combine crumbs with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle over mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
