- 16 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts
- 2 c. egg noodles
- 10 1/4 oz. can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, blend soup and milk together until smooth.
- Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms.
- Combine crumbs with melted butter.
- Sprinkle over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
