- 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. catsup
Method
- Cook chuck roast until it falls apart (not dry).
- Mix ingredients, except roast; bring to a boil.
- Add meat and simmer. (Add canned tomatoes or tomato juice if too dry.)
