Ingredients

  • 4 shoulder chops
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Brown chops on both sides. Mix all other ingredients well and pour over chops. Cover tightly and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Turn once during cooking. Add more water if necessary to prevent burning (as little as possible).
  • There shouldn't be any liquid left when you serve them.
  • Serve hot.
  • Garlic powder can be substituted for the garlic salt, if desired.
