Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip

Method

  • Crust 1/2 package Oreos.
  • Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  • Mix pudding with milk and set aside.
  • In large glass bowl put margarine, sugar and cream cheese.
  • Microwave until melted; stir.
  • Add Cool Whip; stir again.
  • Add pudding; mix well. Pour mixture over Oreos in pan.
  • Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top.
  • Chill well.
