Ingredients
- 3 pound beef brisket
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 jar brown gravy
Method
- Place meat in container with tight cover.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Pour dressing on top.
- Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Pour gravy over and add in sliced mushrooms.
- Cover; bake 3 hrs at 350 degrees.
- Slice.
