Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. fine cornflakes
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed savory
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 half breasts
  • 2 legs

Method

  • Combine cornflake crumbs, seasoning, savory and lemon rind; mix well.
  • Spread on pie plate.
  • Combine lowfat milk and lemon juice.
  • Dip chicken pcs in liquid mix, then roll in crumbs.
  • Place chicken pcs in shallow pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till tender, turning pcs to brown proportionately.
  • Makes 4 servings.
