Ingredients

  • 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Diced
  • 1 whole Small Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Oregano
  • 15 whole Radishes, Quartered
  • 10 whole Basil Leaves
  • 10 whole Spinach Leaves
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
  • Salt To Taste

Method

  • Saute the onion, garlic, and green peppers in coconut oil over medium-high heat until they begin to brown at the edges.
  • Add the parsley and oregano, and cook for a minute more.
  • Add in radishes, stir and saute for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Chiffonade the basil and spinach leaves, and add to the radishes along with red pepper flakes and salt (both to taste), stirring constantly and cooking for another minute, until wilted.
