Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. salt, sifted
- 2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
- 1/2 pecans (to go on top)
Method
- Mix by hand.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Pat slightly and place pecan half on top.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
