Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger (90% lean or better)
- 5 round tsp. Morton Tender Quick
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. hickory salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. whole black pepper
Method
- Mix well in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Take out once a day for 3 days.
- Mix well on fourth day.
- Form rolls (we make 6 rolls about the size of a Ritz cracker).
- Place on top rack of the oven and bake for 8 hours at 150°.
